Our firm is dedicated to helping anyone with an interest in a career in finance obtain the necessary knowledge to gain entry into the space.

The concept spawned from our founder’s own experience in the recruitment process for various areas of finance. Given the increasing competitiveness, requirements, and barriers to entry, we felt it necessary and prudent to fill the gaps in supplementary career education provided by institutions of higher education.

Our main goal is to offer a higher degree of preparation for prospective candidates for roles in finance. We hope that progress in this goal will result in a higher volume of qualified and suitable candidates from more diverse backgrounds than has been seen historically. This will increase not only the performance and quality of workers in finance, but also the available pathways of social mobility due to the benefits of careers in finance.
